Products & Availability

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue items at any time.

Live fish and livestock are sold based on availability and are prepared at the time of pickup.

 

Local Pickup & Shipping

At this time, Basin & Barley operates as a local retail store.

All orders are available for local pickup only

We do not currently offer shipping, but plan to offer shipping in the future

Orders must be picked up during business hours

For live fish purchases, fish are caught at the time of pickup to ensure their health and quality.

 

Order Processing

Orders are typically ready within same day or next business day

Customers will be notified when orders are ready

Orders not picked up in a reasonable timeframe may be cancelled at our discretion

 

Live Fish Sales

All live fish are inspected before sale

Fish are caught at the time of pickup and are not held in advance

A 2–3 day live fish guarantee may be offered with proof of purchase

In-store water testing is required and must be verified by staff for any guarantee claims

 

Returns & Refunds

Dry goods may be returned within 7 days of purchase with receipt

Items must be unused and in original condition

Live fish are subject to a limited guarantee and are not eligible for standard returns

 

Limitation of Liability

Basin & Barley is not responsible for losses due to improper care, handling, or environmental conditions after purchase.

 

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.
