At Basin & Barley, we currently operate as a local retail store serving the Cleveland Tennessee area. Our focus is providing healthy livestock, quality products, and a smooth customer experience from the start.

 

Shipping

At this time, live animals, plants, feed, and most store products are available for local pickup only.

However, select Basin & Barley merchandise items may be available for shipping within the United States.

We are intentionally growing carefully to ensure product quality and the best possible customer experience as we continue expanding our services.

 

Local Pickup

All local pickup orders are currently available in the Cleveland & Athens, Tennessee area.

Pickup Details

Orders are typically ready same day or next business day unless otherwise noted.

Please bring your order confirmation or receipt at pickup.

Live fish are caught and prepared at the time of pickup to help reduce stress during transport.

For live fish purchases, we recommend planning for a direct trip home to minimize stress and temperature changes.

 

Order Processing

Orders are processed during normal business hours. If there are any delays or questions regarding your order, we will contact you as soon as possible.

 

Live Fish Notice

Due to the sensitive nature of live animals, all live fish sales are final once inspected and accepted at pickup. We encourage customers to inspect livestock before leaving the store.
